Delivered unboxed preassembled. We recommend this option for any scooter faster than 6 mph as these can arrive partially dismantled to make them easier to ship in boxes. Please contact us if unsure.

Bikes delivery
In the current circumstances, we expect bike orders to be delivered within 8 business days, please be aware however that it may take longer. Once your bike is shipped, you will receive a text message with the tracking details and will be able to reschedule the delivery, if needed. The price of this service is £12.99 for most kids bikes and £14.99 for adult bikes.

Bulky delivery
For deliveries that are a bit bulkier than the average, we have a special delivery service for you. You'll receive a proposed delivery date by text or email, which can be re-arranged depending on your availability. The price of this service starts from £29.99. Items that are heavier than 30kg can take between 5 - 7 days to be delivered.

Weekend delivery
We've made Saturday and Sunday home deliveries available from £7.99 (based on the weight and dimensions of your items).

How long will it take?

• Your estimated delivery date is indicated on your tracking code page. Most of our products are stocked in the UK but some are stocked in our European warehouses. If you choose one or more of these products in your order, then your delivery date will be up to 5 days longer.

• Bank holidays and weekends will increase your delivery time but this will already be reflected in your estimated delivery date.

• Once your product has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and shortly after you will be able to track your order on your carrier's website.

• We deliver to UK mainland addresses and Northern Ireland.

• Unfortunately we are currently unable to deliver to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Wight or the Isle of Man and Africa.

• You are now able to order products to be delivered to Republic of Ireland we have other means of delivery

• We deliver to many different countries around the world.

You have 7 days to collect your standard C&C order and 2 days for Click & Collect 1 hour.

Click & Collect 1 hour is only available during store opening times
